Donna Flagg
Donna has been an integral member of the RFF board since the foundation's inception. In addition to attending RFF events, Donna has also networked on the foundation's behalf. She has spoken to students at Dr. E. Alma Flagg School for their annual Career Day, and was the guest speaker during the school's community Women's Summit. Her first book, "Surviving Dreaded Conversations," is due out later this fall. Donna spent over 15 years in business before founding The Krysalis Group, a consulting firm specializing in management, marketing, training and sales and their respective relationships to business results. Her management career began in sales at CHANEL, and before branching out on her own she had spearheaded a new training function within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Donna is currently a blogger on ExpertBusinessSource.com for Reed Business Interactive and frequently quoted in the press for her workplace expertise. She has appeared on The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch as well as on Life’s Work with Lisa Belkin and The Joan Hamburg Show on WOR Radio.
